first and foremost, physical features should not be what make guys notice you. of course, there are a bunch of guys who will notice girls with bigger chests, unfortunately - but those girls are getting noticed for all the wrong reasons!
second - if you're feeling bad about your small chest, focus on another part of your body. whichever that part is, find a way to (tastefully) flaunt that part. it'll give you an extra confidence boost, which WILL get you noticed!
third - though you do have plenty of time to develop, embrace your small chest for the time being! small-chested girls can get away with a lot of styles that girls with large bustlines often can't (take it from me, i'm almost 16 and i'm also relatively flat). for instance, girls like us can look elegant in lower necklines, while it often looks trampy on bigger-chested girls. love every inch of your body because it's yours - the right guy will come along sooner or later, no matter what you look like!

The older you get, you'll quickly notice that the size of your breast is not what attracts guys. Although it may attract some, it'll DEFINITELY be for all of the wrong reasons. PERSONALITY and GENUINENESS will definity set you apart from the rest, and make you more noticeable!!!
P.S. You're thirteen--you have more than enough time to develop!!!

I wouldn't worry about it at all. I dated a girl in jr high and high school whose last name was Waller. Everybody called her "flat as a Wall-er". I did alot of defending her, but I didn't care because she was still very cute, smart and had a great personality. We actually dated three seperate times...come to think of it I wonder if she still lives around here?

im 14, goin into 9th grade, and am pretty flat myself
honestly, ur only 13- youre goin to have time to grow, and so am i
and if u like the guys who only care about ur boobs, then you got to find yourself a better taste in guys
just be yourself, and dont worry about things you cant change

have a good personality. Though you shouldn't worry about what guys notice about you; if they're worth it, they'll notice you for you. Just because a guy notices your chest doesn't mean he's date material.

Hmmmm....you can wear a lightly padded bra and wear shirts that flatter your figure. Don't worry, you're only 13, you have plenty of time for them to develop.

To lose some fat the thing i do is just do a sport it gets you in great shape. But the most important thing is to be yourself.
