on bebo how do you create skins?

You go to your bebo site and on the top by your pic it will say my skins, and click on it and there will be some.

oooh, dont know, but I love Bebo! Your first answer refers to changing ready made skins, not creating your own... maybe ask on your blog or create a poll on your page?
