When I was 18 I used to work at a Goodwill, I received and sorted through the donations people brought by. One day this lady brought a bunch of old clothes and linens, in big garbage bags. I was sorting through the linens(the woman who dropped them off was long gone by this point), and a wad of cash fell out. It was about $550. I had to very quickly make the decision to do the "right" thing or not. I stuffed it in my pocket and kept working, like nothing happened. That night, after work, I went to the grocery store and bought a whole lot of really good food. There were four of us living in a biggish house, we were all friends, and all pretty poor. Everyone was so happy and surprised, I have never felt remotely bad about it.

My 10 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous youngster found a $50 (Canadian) bill final week! We had only rescued a robin hit by ability of a motor vehicle, and have been attempting to establish what to do with him (smuggle a chirping chicken onto a city bus under my t-shirt?) So we took a cab to the wildlife shield. Karma.

$100 , but it wasnt just lying on the ground it was in a drainage ditch . I saw it and removed the grid and got the money . I was so stoked ! I was 10 so it was alot of money . I wanted to run straight to the 7eleven and buy chocolate , but my house was on the way so I stopped in to show my family the great thing that happened to me . My mother said " Well you owe me for all the stuff you broke growing up " then she took my money . I never forgave her for that .

About $200 !
I was being held up at the time and the man held me from behind...and asked for ''ALL MY MONEY'' and I did not have any!
Not even change, I was walking home at night!
I suddenly heard a LOUD voice tell me to ''LOOK DOWN!''...
There at my feet was a bunch of paper money in a rolled bundle.
I told him, that there was money on the ground.
He told me to carefully pick it up and to NOT trick him because he would shoot me!
I did as he said and past him the roll of money. It was a thick roll.
He took it and said, '' Dang B#%TH! this is your lucky day must be 2hundred here!''
And he ran off!

So finding that money saved my life!
Even though I had to give it up, I will be grateful for that FIND!
Forever, as long as I live!

I only found 5 dollars on the ground once. Couldn't do much with it. I don't have the best luck in the world. I just bought a sandwich at Subways.

$3000. Found a deposit bag from a garden center.
I kept the money.
I returned the bag with the $10,000 worth of checks, and they - this is the best part - gave me a $100 reward.
That's right, they paid me $100 after I kept another $3000 of their money.
