Why are my boobs so sore all the time.. they really hurt even to the touch sometimes

How long has it lasted? Could it be right before your period? Or close to it? Lord, two weeks before my period is due, when PMS hits, my boobs gets so sore just taking off my bra (and letting gravity pull on them) hurts really bad, let alone just touching my nipples. They ache something awful. If that's not it, then maybe you should go see a doc?

Define "all the time." Unfortunately, mine feel sore a lot of the time, too. Sometimes half the month or more. A week before my period, during, and maybe even for a day or so afterward. It's a hormonal thing.

it is a hormone imbalance, probably estrogen, and you need to have bloodwork done to determine what is imbalanced, and take the proper meds to alleviate it

Are you on the pill? That can cause it.
