You can't write 27.00302 using only hundreds, tens, and ones. Only integers can be written that way.

That is, unless you can use fractional hundreds, tens, and ones. Then you get 0.2700302 hundreds, 2.700302 tens, or 27.00302 ones.

27=2 tens+7 ones
In .00302,
we can write, 3/1000 and 2/100000,
so,3/1000=3 ones(1/1000)
2/100000=2 ones( 1/100000) ,
so u can write the whole number as,
2 tens+7 ones+3 ones(1/1000)+2 ones( 1/100000) =27.00302
