My Fiance wonders why women have cramps with a period, as I guy I sure as hell can't answer that one.?

The cramps actually serve a purpose not just to torture us...they are because the uterus contracts which helps the lining to shed.

its because the uterus contracts and the harder or longer it contracts the more severe the cramps are
