Besides the wanting a taste of the gender "forbidden", there is another reason.
memories.
Apparently some associate the smell with a good person in their childhood. perhaps a grandfather, or a nice uncle. apparently a submliminal method to relive the past.
this is akin to why some women, and a few men hate the taste of cherries or cough syrup.

while this is pretty much documented and true, I see no reason why a woman can't enjoy a cigar just like a man for the same reasons a man would also.

I have taken a few puffs of my male friends cigars before... not sure why. Guess it's something that women don't usually do.. so when they get a chance they go for it!

I think it is a ugly habit they just want to look cool because some females have done it in movies
