simple.............. SWEAT causes chafing. Sweating and not be able to get the area dry soon enough. Damp skin, with legs rubbing together. I swear by baby powder, the main ingredient in baby powder is corn starch with a little smell good stuff. If you don't have any baby powder then you can use corn starch. I promise that it will cure, help prevent and just plain make you feel better. Take a nice shower before you go to bed, dry off really good then sprinkle some baby powder on the sore area. Before you head off to school or work in the morning sprinkle some more on for the day. Trust me, this will work. Baby powder and corn starch are both very cheap. I also switched to looser fitting underwear, like boxers. Make sure your underwear fit you in the right places.

I' not sure I understand the question , if you are talking about irritation maybe it's the detergent you are using or some of those products you bought! If it's a rash, you could try an over the counter hydro-cortisone cream after cleaning with mild soap and water and drying first. Also without insurance there has to be a clinic available to you. Try a state run hospital or look for a free standing clinic that base their fees on a sliding scale according to income! Also as said above sometimes just a dusting of baby powder with cornstarch helps. Peace!

Your thighs rubbing together, maybe? Or is it on your bikini line? If your thighs....I agree, wear something like spandex. Or even boxer briefs style underwear. I have to admit that if the elastic is tight around my bikini line that I'm very susceptable to sores. So I'm very careful about the underwear I buy and oftentimes I like to wear men's boxer briefs (cause up until recently they didn't have anything similar for women). Also, try just powder there or even Gold Bond medicated powder to help heal it and keep the area dry and the skin from rubbing together.

The rubbing of your legs together, can cause the moisture to be removed from your skin, causing it to dry, and then the dry skin rubs together causing the chafing. You might want to rub some lotion on it, or vaseline to. Oh, and don't wear tight pants.

it's caused by friction from your legs rubbing together my son used to get it, I would let him soak in the tub with baby oil in it, then I'd have him put A&D on his legs with a towel between them for the night. Also getting briefs instead of boxers worked.

I could be that it is a yeast infection. I wouldn't hurt to buy some monistat cream and rub that on the area. I bet it will help..
