Nah. Shiraz actually has (albeit one drowning in a sea of testosterone and fear), a brain. He emailed me about an answer I gave to one of his questions, and he was surprisingly eloquent, if totally wrong. Scratch the surface, and sometimes it's surprising what you find.
George W., now--scratch his surface, and a dark, stench-ridden miasma of foulness and corruption may leak out, but no brain. None. Not even a solitary, lonely little cell, questing for its mates.
(He does have a big hole in his bum, and a hollow torso, where Cheney's hand and arm go.)
