No,if your tubes are cut and burned artificial insemination won't do any good, all it involves is putting sperm into your uterus so an egg can be fertilized. You can't get an egg to your uterus because your tubes that carry the egg are cut off and the ends are burned.Mine are also cut and burned, and I have found out from a fertility clinic, that I have to do invitro fertilization, that's where you take hormones to over produce eggs then they are removed by a big needle, and a man has to give a sperm sample or you can get a donor sample, they put the eggs and sperm together or take one single sperm and fertilize some of your eggs, then they put it into your uterus and save the rest in case the others don't take.It costs anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 dollars and some insurance covers it.I am saving up the money to have it done.If you have anymore questions concerning this please contact me through my answers profile. You cannot get pregnant without this procedure, and if your tubes are cut and burned, you cannot untie them because they're not tied.

Yes. The success rate depends on the method used by the infertility clinic, your age, and menstrual history and general health.

Sometimes women treated for infertility due to occluded (blocked) tubes or post tubal ligation, are given fertility drugs such as clomid, or progestin to induce ovulation. This sometimes causes poly-ovulation. The eggs are then extracted from the mothers body and fertilized with the father's sperm in a petrie dish. The successful fertilized eggs are then re-inserted into the mother's uterus around the time she is most fertile. This is often also facilitated with drugs to help the uterus maintain the pregnancy.

Again the rates of success will vary. Check with a fertility clinic or obstetrician in your area.

They can put gallons of semen in there, and if you don't have intact fallopian tubes, nothing will happen. If you really want a pregnancy, you will need to go for IVF, in vitro fertilization. I warn you, this is an expensive process.
