Well, I'm a girl who likes video games and I get tired of having a male character. Do you know the cheat to change CJ's appearance to that of a female?

You're out of luck on the costume changes. I have searched two websites for all the San Andreas cheats, and although there are a lot of interesting cheat codes, there are none that match your request. If you want to play as a female, I think you should get a different game...

I dont' think you can sorry! you have to stick with a male character. I'm a girl too but i don't mind playing as CJ's! CJ is amazing!
