She is not carzy and I guess I owe her one since she raised me but I really want to go on a cruise.

okay first of all, you want too go on a cruise okay i take it your, very very serious about this nice cruise with, loads of champaigne lobster dinnerss steaks just totallyrelaxing right dinerr dancing the whole nine yards right taking granny with you on this nice cushy cruise hey??? hmm, and now you want too cram granny in a nice cushy mental hospitall i take it because you cant afoord too pay for a nursing home right okay, i think you ought too check into a, mental hospitall if you can aford nice fancy luxury cruisess its not dear old granny that half baked here its you taking a nice fancy cruise then stufing dear old broken downe grany in a kooky house instead of a nursing home you are skiming granny money here idiott iam not stupid here you beong in a nut house not her idiiott get a ligfe here!! treating granny like this hey--

Are you the nutty one Go to a nursing home and ask about all the aid yo get to help her get into a home. May even be truthful that you need a break and thats all
Now if want to go on a cruise that is find if you are using her money to go your a jerk
But please help her get into a home with people who care for the older people. She loved you enough to raise you help her find a place who care for her and get help paying for it.
And if she is not crazy they wouldn't take her anyway

Can you make her a ward of the state? I would think that her social security check would pay for her nursing home. There is nothing wrong with wanting to go on a cruise. I have empathy for you in wanting to enjoy your life. I hope you can find a reasonable solution to make everyone happy.

WELL i am a great believer in what goes round comes round. that means what you do in life comes back to haunt you. to think your granny gave up her own life to raise YOU. if she hadnt of looked after you then you may have been in a orphanage. BUT this must be your way of saying thanks. HOW can you let her down at this time in her life. she has been there for you when no - one else was. BUT you do what YOU want to because she will be ok. then when you are the age your granny is now just REMEMBER back to now. & how you treated her after she looked after you all the years.

Go on the cruise and take her! She deserves it since she raised you...If she can't go, then hire someone to watch her. She's not mentally ill, n' furthur more, i wouldnt do this to a dying dog! pretty nutty of you to think like this.
