i did no longer understand he have been given decrease from Paramount. nicely besides. I even have lost multiple understand for Tom Cruise. I have been given so bored stiff with this entire scientology stuff. despite is going on, i think of he could desire to have acted a sprint greater subdued. nicely, I nonetheless think of he's a good actor, yet i'm no longer likely to make a brilliant cope regarding the completed mess.

It's been awhile since he appeared on Oprah and he has been opposing the use of anti-depressants for awhile as well. I think it's a cop-out. Why would they just now take action if they strongly believed to cut him for those reasons. Were they trying to get another blockbuster in before they cut him? I think there's more to the story that they are not saying.

I'd like to see that press release because those things are old hat. It probably has more to do with creative differences or his company is not pulling in sufficient numbers.

Large studios are rarely as petty as to cut loose a successful production venture over minor politics.

>>EDIT
The Hollywood Reporter this morning quotes the studio, "As much as we like him personally, we thought it was wrong to renew the deal. His recent conduct has not been acceptable to Paramount."

I guess his increasingly erratic behavior is a liability to Paramount and they are letting his contract expire. Good for them...

I think most of this is P R. The anti-Semitic comments he recently made put him in the spotlight in a way Paramount disapproved.

It would have to be money - bottom line. No big company would cut a profitable subsidary loose. Jumping on a sofa, being a Scientologist, and really upsetting a LOT of post-partum women wouldn't do it.
