How can I get an autograph from the NY Rangers Hockey team for a solider?

I know someone who did this with Red Wings about 4 years ago. He wrote the GM a letter explaining what he wanted & why and included a large white bed sheet and a return box with his address and postage already on it. It took about 2 months but he finally got it back, signed by the whole team.

If you do this (or something like it), be sure to get signature confirmation when you ship the package ... that way you KNOW that it was actually received, when and by whom. And for security reasons I would use a post office issued Priority box. You can order them for free right on their website (usps.com).

If you can holdout until late September or early October, there are charitable functions that all of the rangers attend. And you might want to re-think the puck idea, I doubt you're gonna fit 25 signatures on one. Try a banner.

If you want the whole team, this might be difficult. You're best options are to write to the NYR General Office. Tell them the situation and they might help you out. It's good PR for them. Another and possiblybetter option would be to to go to training camp. Finally, auctions sometimes occur through the NHL but this might get very pricey.

Go to ebey or buy a stick call the people who run the stadium. Tell them yoou need some autographs for a soldier. I am sure they will let you do that.

try to get to them at a match, or go to their trainging, when somebody stops you, tell them you need an autograph for a soldier, they might let you in because soldiers fight for our countries, keep us safe so that's special. otherwise, get somebody to create an diversion for you and try to get into their dressing room or something like that
