How can i get my ex to stop calling me or visiting me ?

i have my ex boyfriend who i have broken up with over a year now and he keeps calling me asking to go out or hung with him how can i helping him to move-on

Have you been really direct and told him straight out you are not interested in continuing a friendship with him? A lot of guys will not get it unless you spell it out really clearly.

Sit him down and tell him that what you two had was in the past, and while nice at the time, it is now over, and you are getting on with life and want him to do the same.
