Does Nail Polish really work for fixing a scratch in the paint?

It doesn't necesarily fix it. It covers the scratch, to help keep the weather from doing more damage to the metal under the paint. you can use clear nail polish.

If you get "hard as nails" polish and mix a little paint with it that matches your car, it is a good fix for small scratches. Good luck.

it doesnt fix it but the right color can hide it better and it keeps it from getting any worse
