actually the BEST way to lose weight is through diet and excerise. The hard way is the best way. You've probably heard it before but watching portion size and the quality (nutrients) of your food will help. As well as setting a regular schedule to go to a gym or do some type of excerise. Remember that doing this is like pampering yourself. Its your time to do something good for yourself and release all the tension and stress. And rather than thinking what you can't have to eat start thinking and researching what you can have.

safely... your body reacts the best to natural weight loss... ex: working out or dieting the right way. If I were you I would begin doing cardio 3-4 times a week. you should check out self.com they have great weight loss tools!

Stay away from junk food, soda, and pastas. Remember moderation in portions, and substitute yogurts and fruits for snacks. Bike riding and walking are also helpful to get the blood flowing. Also, sleeping a lot ... it keeps you away from food!
