What condiments are on some of the really good hot dogs they sell in the east coast?

You know, like what do the really good hot dogs come with besides ketchup and mustard?

I can't tell you about the east coast hot dogs, but if you are ever in Chicago, where they are referred to as "red hots", to be authentic it must have a Vienna hot dog with a good bun, then mustard, relish that is a fake green color,a couplle of wedges of tomato, and most importantly celery salt. A couple of small peppers is optional. NEVER,EVER any ketchup on it! Best dogs in the country.

I realize the name's not east coast, but a chicago dog is great. You got the dog, mustard, kosher pickle, tomato, relish, onions, hot peppers and celery salt.

I am from Pittsburgh and we like to think we invented cole slaw on a hot dog. Of course we also put french fries in our sandwiches
