I JUST received the same e-mail, from 2 different people. It was in regard to the Muslim religion, which is, undisputedly the FASTEST growing religion, in the United States! I didn't know that. An "IMAM" which is the equivalent of a "priest" or "minister" spoke to a group of people, at a diversity training. A Roman Catholic priest and a Protestant minister did so, as well. To sum it up, after the three completed their respective explanations of the basics of each religion, there was a question and answer session. A member of the group asked the "imam": "So, let me get this straight. You are commanded, by Allah, to KILL ALL INFIDELS, in order to get into Heaven?" He answered "YES!" The group member then asked him to please define "infidel." The "imam" said "NON-BELIEVERS!" without hesitating. SO......if you or I do not believe in "ALLAH" and his commandments, we are target practice, for Muslims. That's what it boils down to, according to an actual Muslim leader and follower of allah. This is one of the most disturbing things I've ever heard. Ask a Muslim. Truly, ask one. I don't care what someone's faith is, usually. The pope, or Billy Graham, though, would NOT tell you that JESUS wants Catholics or Protestants to KILL people of other religions, if they want to go to heaven. That's for certain. They would tell you that you ARE going to Heaven, and that you should LOVE your "neighbor" (people of all religions) so that they, also, might go to heaven, It's really given me something to think about. do we need to do the: are they terrorists or are they freedom fighters dance yet again? the islamists who claim that they are determined to do whatever needs to be done to make the planet a muslim one are terrorists. the persians who claim that israel will be wiped off the map (and we will do it?) would be terrorists., etc. the main point is : when are the "middle eastern types", of any and all ethnicities and religions going to act like adults and negotiate as opposed to murdering one another. the arabs, when they have no jews, persians or kurds to attack, murder each other. and have done so for at least 1000years. and, obviously are doing so as we speak, in iraq. how about it, already? :-)

A mujahid fights in a jihad. A shahid is a mujahid who has died in a jihad.

Let's make Venn diagrams. Not all terrorists are Muslims, not all Muslims are terrorists, not all Muslims are Arabs. Not all Arabs are Muslims.

Not all Muslims speak Arabic. Allah is the Arabic (not Muslim) word for God. Arab Christians like Lebanese Maronites and Iraqis Chaldeans call on Allah.

OK, let's play with statistics. A tenth of a percent of 1.2 billion is 120,000. Which is still a lot of terrorists. Even a hundreth of a percent is 12,000 terrorists. Which I think is still a lot of terrorists.

If we group people according to race or eye-color or soda preference or even by most religions, if we make generalizations, they are usually faulty. This is why we learn not to make generalizations about a group of people. If we study Muslims and Islam, however, we can make some observations, that do apply to the group as a whole. Making these observations may help us to stay safe -- which is why it makes good sense to examine whether Muslims AS A GROUP are a threat to the safety and security of non-Muslims..

Now, with that out of the way, let me explain about the LAW-ABIDING Muslims.

Muslims begin indoctrinating their children from toddlerhood to fight against the kuffar (unbelievers).

Muslims are threatening to the culture in which they come to live. They do not assimilate. They reform the culture to suit them.

Muslims use the legal system to have the call to prayer (azan) mandated by law to be broadcast on loudspeakers from 6 am to10 pm 5 times daily (EVERY DAY). Muslims use the legal system to have "halal" food subsidized by the federal government in the public (free school for everyone) school lunch program. Muslims use the government medical system to have their children but raise the children in the Middle East. Muslims circumvent the tax code to smuggle cigarettes and other goods from one place to another taking advantage of the tax differential.

Some people jokingly call Dearborn, Michigan --- Dearbornistan. Here are some excerpts from an article by Debbie Schlussel:

But then there is Hamtramck, Michigan too. A delightful place to visit. It was the Al Islah mosque (recently built across the street from St. Stanislaus Catholic church) that petitioned the court to allow it to broadcast the azan (call to prayer) 5 times a day EVERY day from 6 am to 10 pm. If you come to Hamtramck you can see Muslim women in the full head-to-toe black abayah and some even have the niqab (face veil). By contrast, in Dearborn, the women dress more freely in the colored headscarf and jilbab (like a raincoat.)

I think another person answered about Osma Sabhi Abulhassan and Ali Hussaki who were arrested in their Mrs. Hussaki's mother's car with the Metro Detroit airport logo (she works there). The Dearbornistan duo had cell phones, cash and maps of WallMarts. Who knows how the cell phone chip can be modified by a JTAG TAP to set off a primer?

Then there are the Hezbollah supporters who smuggle cigarettes from North Carolina and other states and sell them in Michigan (which has a higher tax).

Oh yes, the women who come to the Middle East to have their babies in Dearborn so they will have a US birth certificate. Mike Cox has prosecuted a few for Medicaid fraud.

I am not sure of the outcome of the court case to have federally funded "halal" food served for breakfast and lunch to Dearborn school children or whether a multi-purpose room has been provided for Friday prayer. Dearborn has enacted legislation for government and schools to close on Muslim holidays.

Many Dearborn residents are vehemently anti-American.

Muslims have a SACRED DUTY to rid the world of fitnah. Sayyid Qutb, an Islamic scholar, writes that the world would be a utopia under Islamic theocracy. Islam is a political as well as a religious system.

There are two Arabic verbs that are translated as "fight" in English - jahada is struggle and fight, qatala is fight and kill

Qur'ān Sura Al-Anfãl 8:39 {Eng, Ar, transliteration}:
So fight (kill) them (unbelievers) until there is no more fitnah (disbelief or worship of any god but Allah) and all submit to the religion of Allah alone (in the whole world)" ... "And fight with them until there is no more fitnah (persecution) and religion should be only for Allah

وَقَتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّى لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ الدِّينُ كُلُّهُ لِلَّهِ فَإِنْ انتَهَوْا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا يَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ

Waqatiloohum hatta la takoona fitnatun wayakoona alddeenu kulluhu lillahi fa-ini intahaw fa-inna Allaha bima yaAAmaloona baseerun

Allah commands deeds of terror by the believers against the unbelievers as the means of creating the emotion of terror in their hearts. The only reason needed for action is that "they resisted Allah and His Messenger". Such an approach to "conflict management" is nothing to be ashamed about according to Islamic understanding, but it is a basis for pride. According to Islam, it is one reason for the superiority of Muhammad over all other prophets.

We will throw terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, since they set up besides GOD powerless idols. Their destiny is Hell; what a miserable abode for the transgressors! (Khalifa trans.)
