I love the Cowardly Lion. I love all of the characters but most
of all I love the Lion. He tried so hard to be brave even when he
was trembling inside. He reminds me of the poor bookworms in schools that becomes targets for bullies yet they somehow finish first. I always root for the Lion. He needs it the most.

The Cowardly Lion is also very endearing - I love his song in the movie.. "If I were king of the foreeeeessssssst!!..."
