Play games and sell stuff. To sell things, she'd have to create a shop.
Games are your best bet. I'm 30 and keep my account up in order to have access to the games. There's just about everything you can think of and it's a great 5 minute stress relief break for me when I'm at the office. (Kinda like Yahoo Answers!)

Playing the games earns neo points. They have various difficulties, including ones she is definitely capable of. Show her the games so she can earn the points herself, she'll enjoy it more that way.
