Flacid (before)- Should be about 2.5-3.5 inches.
Errect (during)- About 4.8-6 inches.
Every guy is gonna tell you his penis is huge, but it isnt in most cases. I think the bigest ever errect was like 16 inches.

Penis size varies. Provided it works, it probably doesn't matter. However, the latest averages were around 3 inches flaccid, 6 inches engorged.
And every male in the world will tell you they are bigger than that. Including me.
