Halo 2 stand by or booting?

Just wanted to know if anyone knows how to boot people out of the game or how can you stand-by? I hate cheating but I wanna use it on someone who does it to me. I'm sick of being on the receiving end of this. SO PLEASE HELP!

OK at the end of a game select the cheater ans select leave feedback ans select report cheating they get banned for some time or permanently by bungie.
