When I prank call people I ask for someone and if they are like "NO" I go "well do you have they're number?" And then I'll be like "What's the weather today like, I want to go swimming (or something to that effect)." Just ramble on until they hang up. It's pretty funny.

My friend and I once made all these fake reservations at these expensive resturants too. That was pretty funny.
