In some states underage sex is unlawful! Its ok in case you want your 13 year previous to be watched in the journey that your out till 9, for that reason i imagine you could get a sparkling newborn sitter! yet i'd invite the 16 year previous nanny over, and sit with the both one in each of them and tell them you got here around the tape and your not satisfied about it. tell her that you'll favor to locate somebody else to observe him, because he's to youthful to be pleasing in that type of interest. a minimum of this is what i'd do!

It depends a lot on how old his partner is and what he does with the video. Now if his parents find it, all bets are off.

It isn't illegal to have sex at any age. The only thing illegal about sex age-wise is an adult having sex with a minor or incest or rape.
