it's from a Saks Fifth Avenue ad in a magazine. the quality is really bad so you can't see it so good, but you get the idea. It's a pair of black, patent leather ankle "bottie" boots. Seen them anywhere? Know where i can find them?

Try contact the advertising department of the magazine you saw the photo in. Include a copy of the ad and maybe they can put you in touch with someone who can help you.This might sound obvious but if the ad is for Saks Fifth avenue, did you try their store for the shoe. They can probably help you on this.Good luck. If it is from an old magazine try stores that sell vintage or used clothing.

Very easy, find a shoe store or department store who sells shoes from Phillipines especially from Marikina and you will get all style you need with the best quality leather or you can even ask them made to order which is exactly fit to your sensitive feet. They are made by Rustie Lopes or by Natasha or Rolie and many other popular shoe maker from the same place. Mind you, their shoes are internationally popular. Goodluck
