"HOT FLASHES"?
You could have an infection check your temp. IF you are getting CHILLS between the hot flashes you might have an infection.

HEATSTROKE...

Are you Pregnant? See your Doctor If it doesn't go away! You could have eaten some bad food !

you don't mention your age, if you are 35 or older I would say it is hormonal changes. (are you a woman or a man?)
I think you should have a glass of ice tea and lie down
