You need to make sure the folder is empty or it will not delete. Then follow these steps and you're all set:
1. Click the "Folders" link on the left navigation bar.
2. On the Folders screen, find the folder you would like to delete and click the "Delete" link located to the right of the folder name.
The name of the folder will then disappear from the list of folders.

At the left hand corner where you have the list like Inbox, Draft, etc...
1. At the top of your inbox there's a "Add - Edit", click on edit.
2. Look for the folder you want to delete, and empty everything in it. Click delete.
NOTE: Only empty folders can be deleted.
Hope this helps.

Click on the folder to open it and delete the contents, and then right click on it and delete the empty folder. You can't delete the folder unless it is empty.
