A panyliner is just a very small pad and you can you use them every day if you want! it's normaly used on days when you have a begining period or right when your period ends! Sometime when you ovulate you'll have some fluids you can use them for that as well or anytime you want to keep your undies fresh!

a panty liner is like a pad, but much smaller and thinner. it keeps you dry and comfortable between periods, and safe duriong periods when you have a tampon in. it's like a backup method for tampons. pantiliners have saved my underwear from many stains from tampon leaks!!!

A pantyliner is only for when you are spotting or very light or you have a tampon in and you don't feel like putting a normal pad underneath

some women cannot control their involuntary bladder spasms so that's why they have them. So that there underwear doesn't stain with whiz or something. plus what the other girl said.
