An irregular period can be a sign that other things that could be wrong in your reproductive system. That is how my gyn found my issues was because of my very irregular period. But I was 35 at the time and have always had weird periods.

However, if you are young and are in the first few years of having a period, then yes, it is normal. Sometimes it can take a while for your hormones to settle down and get regular.

If you are concerned, you need to go see your family doc or a gynecologist. Since you are now cycling, it is a good idea to do that anyway. Good luck.

No, if you just started within 2 years then it'll be changing like crazy. Like you might even skip a whole month. If you have to much stress you will also skip your period. Its not dangerous its normal and nothing to panic about :)

sometimes irregular period is normal. talk to your doctor, not some strangers, but anyway, yes reasons could be stress. Sometimes it doesn't EVER settle down.

it should settle down after a few years usually less... it's natural for it to start that way
