imagine this, every human is always energized and never needs to re-energize. that means no one would need to sleep during the nights and everyone would probably work longer. what would the world look like without sleep?

no i dont mean people just stop sleeping. i mean what if homo sapiens in the first place did not need to re-energize because of how our bodies would be made differently. all you have terrible imaginations.

If I didn't sleep, I'd probably knit more, then frog it all and start over.
Humans don't require regeneration, it just makes for a better product in the long run. Companies tried continuous development, where computer programming projects are worked on continuously by teams in the US and India, passing the work back and forth as the groups' working hours are on opposite ends of the clock.
It's mistake-prone, shallow design and poor problem solving, because it's not just a matter of energy, it's a matter of time away from the subject to provide sufficient distance to reflect properly and remember appropriately.
So no, I don't believe eliminating sleep would provide any productivity increases or other improvements.

Every people need to energize & reenergize simultanously. The sleeping around 8 hours per night was the norm of every human beings, even you drink coffee to resist the sleeping tendencies, still you need the rest.So we cannot as human beings be not to sleep.I don't think so.
