Hi!
My coumputer crashed so we need to reinstall the XP software, does that mean I will loose all my my songs on my itunes? Is there any way to get them back?
PLEASE HELP!

As long as you can reinstall Windows without formatting the hard drive (sometimes referred to as a "repair reinstall") your files will be OK. If you format the drive it wipes out everything on the drive.

To be safe, use your ipod if you have one, and upload all the songs on it. Then reinstall the XP software. If all your songs are missing, then plug in your ipod and upload all the songs. But you should not lose them anyway.

Take your hard drive and put it as a slave on someone elses computer. Copy all your music files onto their computer. Reinstall Windows, and them transfer all the files from the other computer to yours.

nope there gone forevere unless u havent reinstalled windows yet and u can get back to itunes and save it to a cd but other then that they are gone foever

No, the music files should still be saved on the hard drive in the library.
