Puppy Love was sung by Paul Anka and was a top 10 hit, in 1959. He wrote the song for Annette Funicello, who he had a "thing gonin on" with at the time.
The Osmonds never did the song. Donnie Osmond had a top 20 hit with it in late 1972.
