The VA dept of Health mailed out documents regarding this topic. It's a frightening thought. They list services that might be disrupted, food and water and supplies you should stockpile, etc. Would they mail these with out some basis?

What preparations? The vaccines they have in stock may not be any good for the particular strain which could strike.All the govt. is doing successfully, is to create panic.
