1000 bytes = 1 KB
1000 KB = 1 MB
1000 MB = 1 GB
206 KB is a very small file, less than 1/4 of a MB.

A megabyte is 1,024 kilobytes, with a kilobyte being 1,024 bytes. (The number seems weird, but it's only because it is based on binary, or base 2 mathematics.) 10 megabytes is 10,240 kilobytes, which is decisively bigger than 206.
The answer of your question is no.
Hope that helps.
