There is such a variety of leagues but typically a starting roster would consist of the following

1QB
2RB
2WR
1TE
1K
1DEF.

Depending in where you draft you should always go for 2 RB's..here is how I would ramk them....
L.Johnson
La. Tomlinson
Sh. Alexander
Tiki Barber
Portis..he is injured beware**
Steve Jackson
Rudi Johnson
Edge James
Carnell Williams
Ronnie Brown

Those are the top 10 backs in my opinion...here are the top 5 WR'S
Steve Smith
Chad Johnson
Torry Holt
Marvin Harrison
Chris Chambers

Top 5 QB's
P. manning
Tom Brady
Carson Palmer
D. McNabb
Matt Hasselbeck

Any other info needed drop me a line

You need to take running backs first get 2 of them.
Next you need to take wide recievers maybe 2 or 3.
Then take a quarter back.
Then tight end.
Then backups for each position.
Then defense and kicker.
(If peyton manning is still there after you get your running backs take him!!!!)
I also suggest you get LaDanian Tomlinson if you have an early pick.
