its a natural phenomenon. When we all get excited or (say) cold etc, its natural body tendency to get ready for a fight or defend itself. Thus, if you are feeling cold, the nipples become erect and therefore show through tee shirts

So what's your question? If you're asking if it's okay for nipples to show through a shirt or blouse, sure it is. Everybody has them (boys too).

Just a fact of life. When you get cold both sexes this happens. If that is something they like then that is for them to decide.
