I am looking for a part time associate in Indiana Pennsylvania, anyone need, or know anyone that needs a job in this area? Or does anyone know where I can post a job for free on the internet?

Honestly? What I'd do? Go to some places where they have point of sale people.. i.e. customer service you can see and talk to in person - ones that get paid cruddy wages. Ask simple questions.. see how they respond. When you like the attitude and ethics of a person, tell them you think they're really great worker and ask them if they're interested in a different job or if they like their job.
Seriously, this makes a lot of sense. It's a bit outgoing, but will get the best results ever. Imagine.. seeing how the person works on their own.. when you interview people, they're giving you so much BS it's not even funny. Seeing them work in person.. you can tell if they are hard worker or lazy sit on their butt cheat the company kinda person.

IUP. Loads of incoming Freshman. One of them has to need a job. The college could probably direct you.
