with brown hair and greenish blue eyes you want to stick with warm tones and natural colors. i would use bronzes, golds, tans and cream colors. always remember go shimmery. not glittery. glitter is tacky and awefull on fair skin. shimmer will make your eyes stand out and look bold.

With green eyes, and brown hair, try a lavender and goldish brown shimmer. Use a brown eye liner and smudge it above your upper lash line. Use a medium purple color on the inner lid and then use a goldish brown on the middle and maybe a darker shade of brown on the outside.. Purple brings out green eyes, along with pinks.. Mix it up! Try what you think looks best.

If you want to make your eyes look green. Use shades of purple eyeshadow and brown eyeliner. If your giong for blue. Try shades of brown and blue. The color of your clothes can also make your eyes appear the color you'd like.

Forget pink and sparkly. Go for purple shades. Lighter on the lids and darker at the lashline. Black mascara. Purple makes green eyes pop!

i think you should go with silver or a light green. since you have fair skin, you dont want to choose any deep eye shadow colors as it will draw all the attention away from your face. i dont think pink would really look that good with your green eyes so i think you should stick with the natural shades.

Try the following, and eyes don't change colors. It's probably just when light refracts on it. Anyway, here: Light Beige, Light Rose, Light Pink, Light Gold, and Taupe should look best on you. I'd go for the Light Rose.

A med. brownish neariest the eyelid, then a darker brown, then a light color would look pretty. If you wear a glitterly-bronze color right below the eyebrow, it will add a more noticeable look, but also natural and not to noticeable look. Have fun trying different stuff and different styles!!

I think a really pretty bronze would look nice, use things that have gold tones in them, right under your eyebrow brush on some shimmer, this will hi-lite your eyes very nicely.

Shimmery shades of brown and pink would bring out your eyes.
