Fresh water? Bluegill, thats always been my fav. & the most fun to catch would have to be a Large Mouth Bass.

Salmon is the best tasting. The only fish I've ever caught is perch.

i tink bass is best tasting and are also very fun to catch, even wen they r 10 or 11 inches. my nephew gets a kick out of it wen i get 1 he makes me let it swim back out a ways then let him have a turn at trying to real him in. lol hope i helped

My Dad used to fish for eels with passion. This was in Germany- I'm talking about lake eels. He had a special way of marinading and barbecuing them. So, I would say: eel!
