From what I read so far - I think he is crazy and wants to be a part of this "story" since he is obsessed with it.

They are taking DNA samples so we should know something soon. Guilt also depends on if he can tell the police something that wasn't reported in the paper.

Since he clearly WANTS to be found guilty I hope he IS. It would bring an end to a horrible tragedy and let Mrs. Ramsey rest in peace without everyone still thinking she killed her daughter.

He'll be found not guilty. He has outsmarted law enforcement officials, the idiots at Homeland Security, and all of us who so badly want this tragic murder to be solved. Probably about to face charges in Thailand, he opted to get a free trip back to the states instead of risking being sent to a Thai jail. He'll be found not guilty, will be set free to molest and rape other young little girls, write a book about his experience which will be turned into a blockbuster movie, and he'll retire in luxury. -RKO-

I have no idea. I haven't since the evidence or the facts. More importantly I know nothing about the jury/judge.

i'm not particular,I advise, he does have a heritage of doing stuff to toddlers. yet, on the different hand, not one of the clues tournament up. this is extremely not ordinary to inform because he received't answer something else yet, "Jon Benet Ramsey died by danger."

Depends on the DNA evidence.
So far I think he is not guilty, but could be wrong.

i dont think he will be charged. I think he is making this entire thing up, and wants attention. I could be wrong - but i seriously doubt this guy did a heinous crime like murder.

I just think he's crazy. They had a reason to arrest him, but there's seems to evidence that he's actually innocent so I guess we'll see.
