Not an unfair judgment because the sheer majority of Republicans would pick 2. That's how they get elected. The religious deep south.
The republicans that would pick one are liberal, and in liberal states they vote in democrats.

#2 the two scenarios are incompatible as the second would have to be to inform you your d/s/w WANTS a back alley abortion OR the first would have to be your d/s/w had an abortion

The thing you are forgetting is that when a woman goes to get an abortion, no one gets a call! A woman could go behind her husbands/bf's back and get one and he couldn't do a thing about it. Abortion isn't right and there should be something done to stop it. Too many women use it as a method of birth control because they are obviously too lazy to use condoms or get on the pill.

I am not against abortion but I do not think it should be used as a method of birth control. It is dangerous and a risk to the womans health. Woman And Men please start using birth control there are so many forms of it now pills,shots,implants,rings,
patches.

Well, I mean, which call would you rather get:
1 - Your wife/daughter/sister wants heroin....
2- Your wife/daughter/sister got killed trying to buy illegal heroin...
That line of logic makes absolutley no sense. You don't make something legal just becase "people are going to do it anyway." If you feel that something is wrong, you make laws against it.
Alot of people feel that killing unborn babies is wrong.
