My friend just found out a few weeks ago that she was expecting her first child. She had a miscarriare only a month before getting pregnant again. Now she is to the point where she hasn't eaten in 2 days due to sickness. She is having horrid pains in her and coughing up blood. She doesn't smoke and she is only 18. Could this have anything to do with the pregnancy? Is it a side affect of another miscarriage or could this be something far more sinister? Everything was going fine up until 2 days ago. I'm trying to convince her to go to the E.R. but she is so worried and her fiance is just complaining about it saying its just another excuse for attention. He's the one that wanted a child but has been hoping for another miscarriage and even threatened to take care of it himself. Could he have done something or given her something to make this happen? I'm just so worried and want things to go well for her. Any advice on making her go to the emergency room?

I was with her for her first sonogram in this pregnancy, she is definitely pregnant, for the person who asked. Her sister is the first one who told me about the blood because she was getting sick everywhere. I highly doubt its for attention.

No she hasn't been sick, it only started like 2 days ago. And I am worried he did do something. I have heard from her sister who lives with her that he has put her hands on her. He has always been a little on the crazy side. I just don't know if he would go so far as to poisen her.
