come think of it, why is RoyalPurple oil---- purple? Is it to make it different- or is there some method to the madness?

Look you guys, I assume it's because they added dye to it, that is not what I meant, I meant why would they add dye to it. Perhaps it's easier to tell when the oil is dirty or something- that is what I was refering to.

I guess it's just toshow that it's their brand of compressor oil in the unit.
