All i know is its a DFW local rap group, i heard that it may be "The Grinders" or something simliar to that, any help would be much appreciated :)

If they are independent, or local talent it may be hard to search for them on line in all the standard methods (lyric search, group search etc.)
I suggest going to the source where you first heard it. If it was your local radio station try calling them up and asking, or check their playlist on the radio station's web site.
