i know this is a weird question, but i wanna know if i am unhealthy. is 1 time a day alright?

OMG...no man...ofcourse it isn't alright...
da minimum is 4 or 5 times a day...sheesh...how could u live this way?!! i do it 10 to 13 times a day

Some have bowel movements 2 times a day or more, some have them once a day, some have them 2 or 3 times a week. Everyone is different. You seem fine.

on oprah "poop" show the doc on there said 3 times a day! i think thats a little much!! if your not feeling backed up or having stomach cramps you should be fine!! i am lucky if i go once a day.

the oprah "poop" show also said your turd should have a curve to it like a bananna. It should be all one not like little rabbit turds. Once a day is good as long as you not having stomach problems.

It varies from person to person. The average around 1-3 times a day, so don't worry.

If you are having difficulty passing stools (and I don't mean walking past backless seats in a bar! XD), or you have persistant diarrhoea, mention this to your doctor.

I heard after every meal. If not ever meal then at least once a day. If you're not, then get more fiber in your diet. Eat Fiber choice and Senokat S (or something like that). If that doesn't work then see a doctor.
