Depends on whether you work outside or sweat a lot. If so daily. If not and you have dry skin you could go up to four days before changing underware. Also depends on the type of underware. Briefs should be changed more often than boxers.

Jock itch fungus is the main reason for any smell and the main reason for changing underware. And don't forget that the skin slofts off dead cells anywhere on your body.

For guys who don't know how to wipe or tend to leak changing daily regardless of the type of underware is a good idea.

But don't forget the daily shower.

You would return from 7 to 10 days of crawling in the mud and buffalo dung, with the slugs, to find raw open wounds from elastic bands, and the leg areas!
