Worker's Comp should cover it ..Any time you get hurt on the job, that's why they have insurance..As far as making them mad , if you sue sure they will..if you like your job don't sue..Let worker's comp do there thing..If you do sue get a lawyer you'll need one..ask yourself Job or No Job..

If your injury was a result of negligence on the company's behalf, then it may be possible to file damages against the company in a court of law. I would strongly suggest you seek an attorney, if you intend on suing. If your injury was not a result of company neglect, and happened during work, then you are eligible for workman's compensation. Workman's Compensation takes care of all medical expenses, and rehabilitave therapy that you may need, over the course of your recovery. If you have any doubt, seek a free consultation with a law firm that deals with wrongful injury. Good luck

Come on people, stop looking for others to blame. You broke your wrist, accidents happen at work they do all the time but you have to take responsibility for your own actions and realise that aswell as rights you and responsibilities.

Do you realise what affect this culture of suing people has on our society? Firstly, people take no ownership of their actions because they are told that everything they do is a concequence of someone elses actions. This leads people to belive that they are infalible and that they have no need to take responsibility for what they do.

We all have rights but we have equal duty to ensure that our actions are for the good of our communities. I bet if you were drunk some lawer somewhere would try and get you comp, probably by suing the beer company for making you want their product.

Its like fat people suing mcdonalds for making their food so tasty. we all have choices and we should face the concequences of our choices without trying to blame others.

bloody americans!!!!!

for starters dont go in there and tell them you are going to sue them, if your accident was at work you should have filled out the accident report book. from there if your wrist is broken you will have all the reports you need and your employers will probably advise you to make a claim, as long as you werent doing anything that you shouldnt have been. making a claim does not affect your employer because thats why they pay for the insurance.

my goodness you do know there is a check spelling on this site right? Anyhoo I work with worker's comp claims if you hurt yourself on the job and was not doing something you are not suppose to do or on drugs alcohol and reported the injury when it happened then they should cover it.

You would not be suing the company you would sue their insurance company. They can't treat you any different in any way, if so they will be violating your employee rights to which you can then sue the company for.
