Remind her that Hes not falling off the face of the planet. They will keep in touch and if he truly cherished their friendship/ relationship (or whatever they had!) he would still make time for them. Also, dark chocolate, poopcorn, and cheesy chick flicks where you throw the popcorn at the TV help me and my best friend! Unless you've already tried it. If you have- take her out to do something to get her mind off the guy. Good Luck!

It's always hard when your friend is moving away especially if its someone you are attracted to, what i think you should do is start getting her use to spending time around other guys but don't be obvious. Let her get to know how it feels to mingle and be attracted to someone else again. Soon enough someone will be intrested and devote there time to getting to know her, hopefully the chemistry will be there and it'll be easier for her to let the other one go.You'd be surprised how fast people move on when they can have something more secure.Always remind her how there's email and webcams and be sure to let her know he's probably upset too. It's really nice that your so concerned. bye

so they arent going out but she considers him her boyfriend?? maybe she should find another guy. u sound old enough to do the online dating. maybe throw a party or something if u dont like the first idea. a big group of all ur friends(hers and yours) and just do a whole bunch of stuff so she wont even have a second to think about him.

good luck

Sit around with her and when she gets happy enough ask her if she wants to go out to eat.
