At what age does the chances of a women getting pregnant, get slim?

Usually around the neighborhood of 45, but one must be careful getting pg at that age. There is a larger risk for birth defects. I think that if you are 35 or older, they call you "advanced maternal age". I f I'm not mistaken.

Depends, my friend had a baby at 48 without problems for her or the baby.
